Saffron Lassi

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • pinches saffron
  • pinches grated nutmeg
  • few drops vanilla essence
  • 300 ml water or milk

Method

1. Put the yoghurt, sugar, honey, saffron, nutmeg and vanilla essence into a large jug. Gradually add the water or milk and whisk until all the liquid is absorbed. Serve in 2 large glasses.
