Ingredients

For the chilli oil

  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 5 tsp dried red chilli flakes
  • 2 pinches salt

For the meat

  • 12 slices Neapolitan salami
  • 12 slices Felino salami
  • 12 slices pancetta

Method

1. Put the olive oil, crushed chilli and salt into a food processor and blitz to a paste.

2. Arrange the salami and pancetta on a platter and pour the chilli oil over. Serve straight away.
