- 250 g stracchino cheese
- 2 pork sausages, skins removed, approx 90g each
- 8 slices country bread
1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the stracchino cheese and sausage meat into a paste.
3. Generously spread the mixture on each slice of bread. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Alternatively serve raw on country bread.
