  • 500 g semolina flour, sieved

Method

1. Place the flour in a large bowl. Stirring constantly, slowly add enough boiling water to create a firm but pliable dough. Knead the dough for several minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

2. Press through a pasta press, using the fine spaghetti attachment and leave to dry.
