- 6 scoops lemon sorbet
- 50 ml vodka
- 50 ml prosecco
- lemon rind, to garnish
1. Place 3 scoops of lemon sorbet in a bowl and pour the vodka and prosecco over.
2. Whisk until the mixture has a smooth consistency and pour into champagne flutes.
3. Garnish with a swirl of lemon rind.
