- 420 g plain flour
- 280 g butter
- 1 g salt
- 140 ml water
1. Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Rub in the butter until the butter has been absorbed and the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
2. Gradually mix in the water to form a dough.
3. Cover with cling film and rest in the fridge for 20 minutes before using.
