Smoked salmon and crab canapés

These tempting little salmon and crab canapés from Mike Robinson are fast, fishy and fabulous - and make totally moreish mouthfuls!

Ingredients

  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g white crab meat
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • small bunch of dill, hopped
  • half bulb of fennel, thinly chopped
  • juice and zest 1 lemons
  • 1 packets blinis
  • 1 jars lumpfish roe

Method

1. Chop up the salmon and the crabmeat.

2. In a bowl mix the salmon, crab, mayonnaise, dill, fennel, lemon juice and zest.

3. Put a little of the mixture onto each blini and top with the lumpfish roe. Serve immediately.
