Smoked Salmon and Sour Cream Oysters

Smoked Salmon and Sour Cream Oysters

Ingredients

  • 12 Pacific oysters
  • 2 tbsp soured cream
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 small handful san andrea cheese

Method

Prise open the oysters and set each one on a grill pan. Preheat a grill.

Top each opened oyster with a dollop of sour cream and a sliver of smoked salmon. Scatter over the grated cheese and cook under a hot grill for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
