  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 250 g cream cheese

For the garnish

  • 12 capers
  • 12 small sprigs of dill

1. Lay out the salmon on a chopping board and cut into rectangles, approximately 3cm by 8cm. Repeat until you have 12.

2. Cover each salmon piece liberally with cream cheese and roll in a log shape.

3. Using a sharp knife, trim each piece neatly at one end. Evenly place the logs upright on a serving platter, tidy side up.

4. For the garnish: gently push a caper and a sprig of dill in the top of each candle.
