- juice of ï¿½ lemons
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 1 cucumber, sliced into thin ribbons
- a handful of chives
- melba toast, to serve
1. Mix the smoked salmon, lemon juice, crème fraîche and cucumber in a bowl.
2. Garnish with chives and serve with Melba toast.
