Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 180 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 lime, zest and juice
  • 1/2 punnet fresh blueberries, optional

Tips and Suggestions

this drink can also be frozen to make fruity ice cubes or lollies.

Method

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into individual glasses and garnish with some blueberries.
