Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp jaggery, grated
  • 600 ml cold water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 black peppercorns, crushed
  • tsp ground cardamom

Method

Stir the jaggery into the water until it has dissolved. Add all the other ingredients and serve chilled.
