Sour cherry and yogurt muffins

Ingredients

  • 350 g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 85 g light soft brown sugar
  • 85 g margarine, such as Stork
  • 85 g dried sour cherries
  • 85 g raisins
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml natural yogurt
  • 150 ml semi-skimmed milk

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Sieve the flour and baking powder into a large mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients and lightly mix.

2. Spoon the mixture into 12 greased muffin tins or paper cases, and bake for 20 25 minutes.
