Soy and ginger tuna savoury pancakes

Ingredients

  • 8 Chinese pancakes
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 4 spring onions, cut into batons
  • 1 cucumber, cut into batons
  • 2x95 g tuna
  • 1 tsp Minced ginger
  • soy sauce

Method

1. Steam the pancakes (following packet instructions).

2. Mix ginger, soy sauce and tuna together. Sprinkle tuna mixture on the bottom section of the pancakes. Add the hoisin sauce, spring onions and cucumber and wrap. Repeat the process.
