Spaghetti con le sarde scapate

Ingredients

  • 125 g spaghetti
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts, lightly toasted
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 bulbs fennel, fronds only, chopped, or 1 tbsp chopped dill

Method

1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain well and stir through the olive oil, pine nuts and raisins.

2. Garnish with the fennel fronds and serve.
