- 125 g spaghetti
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pine nuts, lightly toasted
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 bulbs fennel, fronds only, chopped, or 1 tbsp chopped dill
1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain well and stir through the olive oil, pine nuts and raisins.
2. Garnish with the fennel fronds and serve.
