Ingredients

  • 3 wedges clementines
  • 1 tbsp mincemeat
  • dash sugar syrup
  • 25 ml Mount Gay rum
  • 50 ml ruby port
  • flamed orange peel, to garnish

Method

1. Squeeze the clementine segments into a cocktail shaker.

2. Add the mincemeat, sugar syrup, rum and ruby port.

3. Top up with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
