- 6 rashers of back bacon, or streaky
- 3 tsp harissa
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 thick slices bread, country-style, well buttered
1. Fry or grill the streaky or back bacon until crisp.
2. Meanwhile in a bowl mix together the harissa paste with the tomato ketchup, or add harissa to taste.
3. Top the bread with the cooked bacon and spread with the harrissa sauce, sandwich together and eat at once.
