Stir-fried Sprouts with Lemon and Chestnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 450 g sprouts, trimmed and finely shredded
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 175 g chestnuts
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the sprouts and garlic. Stir fry over a high heat for 2-3 minutes.

2. Add the brown sugar and chestnuts. Stir in the zest and juice, season to taste and serve.
