- 425 g tinned pineapple chunks, drained and patted dry
- large knob of butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- vanilla ice cream, to serve
1. Heat a large knob of butter in a frying pan.
2. Add in the pineapple, sugar and desiccated coconut.
3. Cook over a high heat for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
4. Serve straight away, with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
