Ingredients

  • 2 slices of dark rye bread
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 50 g cured ham
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 eggs

Method

1. Place the rye bread on a plate and top with tomato.

2. Place the ham on top of the tomato.

3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, break in the eggs and fry until cooked

4. Top the ham with the cooked eggs and serve immediately.
