Strawberry Meringue Pudding

Strawberry Meringue Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 meringues, about 500ml in volume
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 ml double cream
  • icing sugar, to serve

Method

1. Break the meringues up into rough 2-3cm pieces. Hull the strawberries and cut into quarters.

2. Whip the cream until thick and fold in the meringues and strawberries. Spoon into little glasses and dust with icing sugar before serving.
