- slice of watermelon, chopped
- handful of seedless black grapes
- punnet of strawberries, hulled
- small handful of fresh mint leaves
- ice cubes
- clear honey
1. Place the watermelon, grapes, strawberries and mint in a food processor.
2. Process until well-mixed.
3. Add the ice cubes and process again. Taste.
4. Add the honey, if using, and blend again briefly.
5. Pour into 2 glasses and serve at once.
