Strawberry soup

Fresh strawberries and Muscat wine combine deliciously in Joe Wadsack's simple recipe for a gloriously tipsy dessert

Ingredients

  • 100 g strawberries, chopped into quarters or thick slices
  • handful of mint leaves, very finely chopped
  • 150 ml Muscat dessert wine

Method

1. Put the strawberries in a bowl and add the mint.

2. Pour in the Muscat, cover with cling film and refrigerate for one hour.

3. Serve in small bowls and enjoy.
