1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a bain marie.
2. Make a slit in each prune and remove the stone. Stuff with an almond and pull the flesh around to enclose the filling.
3. Dip the prunes in melted chocolate and leave to set. Wrap in tissue paper and serve with coffee.
