Ingredients

  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tbsp natural set low fat yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ice cubes, to serve

Method

1. Place the water, yoghurt, milk and sugar in a blender. Blend until well-mixed. Serve at once over ice.
