Sweet potato chips

Sweet potato chips

  • 350 g sweet potatoes
  • 3 clove garlic, crushed
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, to drizzle


1. Preheat the oven to 190C/gas 5.2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into fat chips. 3. Place the garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin and coriander in a bag and shake well together. 4. Place the chips in the bag with the garlic and spices and toss well together. 5. Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil and place in the hot oven. 6. Bake for 30 minutes approximately until golden and cooked through. Serve piled high!
