Ingredients

  • 250 ml natural set low fat yogurt
  • splash of milk
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp mint sauce

Method

1. Combine the yogurt with enough milk to make a runny mixture.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Serve immediately.
