Ingredients

  • 450 g cooked, peeled prawns
  • 125 ml soured cream
  • 125 ml mayonnaise
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped dill
  • 2 tsp chopped chives
  • toasted rounds of bread
  • keta salmon caviar, to serve

Method

1. Mix the prawns, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and herbs together. Season to taste.

2. Pile on top of the toasted bread and top with keta caviar. Serve.
