Tobago green seasoning

Tobago green seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 4 spring onions, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, leaves
  • 1/2 tsp fresh oregano, leaves
  • small handful basil, leaves, optional
  • 2 flavouring peppers or mild chillies
  • 85 ml water

Method

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth green paste.

2. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge. This paste keeps for 1-2 days.
