- 1 small onion, roughly chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 4 spring onions, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp fresh thyme, leaves
- 1/2 tsp fresh oregano, leaves
- small handful basil, leaves, optional
- 2 flavouring peppers or mild chillies
- 85 ml water
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process to a smooth green paste.
2. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge. This paste keeps for 1-2 days.
