Tomato and Pepper Gazpacho

As vibrant and colourful as Spain herself, try this tangy, chilled gazpacho for a light lunch or refreshing starter

  • 2 x 400 g plum tomatoes
  • 100 g red and green peppers
  • 75 g onions
  • 100 ml tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g cucumber


Chop the onion, peppers, garlic and cucumber in the small chopper, (HC) of your Braun handblender. Place all the ingredients, apart from 50g of cucumber, into the Big Chopper (BC) and blend until a smooth texture. Then stir in the remaining chopped cucumber, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
