- 1/2 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 passion fruit, pulp scooped out and reserved
- 1/2 pineapples, peeled and cut into chunks
- 8-10 canned or fresh lychees, peeled and stoned
- juice of 1/2 limes
- 3-4 ice cubes
1. Place the mango, passion fruit pulp, pineapple, lychees, lime juice and ice cubes in a jug blender.
2. Blend until well-mixed.
3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve at once.
