Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 passion fruit, pulp scooped out and reserved
  • 1/2 pineapples, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 8-10 canned or fresh lychees, peeled and stoned
  • juice of 1/2 limes
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Method

1. Place the mango, passion fruit pulp, pineapple, lychees, lime juice and ice cubes in a jug blender.

2. Blend until well-mixed.

3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve at once.
