Tuna puttanesca macaroni cheese

Tuna puttanesca macaroni cheese

Ingredients

  • 2x95 g cans tuna
  • 300 g macaroni, boiled
  • 1 ball of mozzarella, grated
  • 100 g firm ricotta cheese
  • 1 handful bread
  • 1 handful of grated parmesan
  • ΒΌ bunch basil, picked

Method

1. Preheat grill. In a large bowl mix the tuna and its oils with the mozzarella, ricotta, basil and cooked macaroni.

2. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle on the breadcrumbs and parmesan and place in the oven. Grill until the top is crunchy and golden. Serve with a green salad on the side.
