Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 400 ml milk
  • 150 g banana or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Method

1. Combine everything in a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately.
