Ingredients

Main

  • 750 ml whiskey
  • 1 vanilla pods, split lengthways
  • 1 cinnamon sticks
  • 1.5 mandarins, peel only
  • 4 allspice berries

Method

Mix together the whisky, vanilla pod, cinnamon stick, mandarin peel and allspice berries. Set aside to infuse for 7 days. Strain before serving.
