- 60 ml zero-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp concentrated orange juice, or concentrated apple juice
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 250 g celery, diced
- 375 g red apples
- 250 g red grapes
- 300 g chickpeas, cooked and drained
- 60 g Italian parsley, chopped
1. Mix the yogurt, orange juice and curry powder together in a large bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and toss well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
