Ingredients

  • 85 g butter
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 100 ml single cream

Method

1. Put the butter and white chocolate together in a heatproof bowl and set over a pan of steaming water. Allow to melt, stirring occasionally.

2. Once the mixture is smooth, remove the bowl from the heat and fold in the single cream. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
