Ingredients

Main

  • 2 handfuls mixed berries, (blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrants)
  • 1 ripe bananas
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 400 medium natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 squeeze fresh lime juice

Method

1. Place the assorted berries, banana and orange juice in a blender and blend. 2. Add the yogurt, vanilla flavouring, honey and lime juice and blend again. 2. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and serve chilled.
