- 1 medium ripe tomato, peeled and seeded
- 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 stalks celery, trimmed and sliced
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 250 g cream cheese, or 50g of minced meat
1. Cook the tomato, potato and celery in boiling water for 20 minutes, or until tender.
2. Puree directly in the pan with the Braun Handblender.
3. Add the oil and cream cheese or meat.
