Ace Of Cakes goes behind the scenes of the most unconventional bakery in the world. Duff Goldman doesn’t do Victoria sponges – his cakes are works of art. With his creative team of fellow rockers Duff uses power tools, drill saws and blow torches to create edible masterpieces par excellence.
The last ever series!
Using power tools and with the help of his artistic staff, Duff creates some of the most amazing cakes ever seen. From abstract wedding cakes to a cake shaped as a Jeep so detailed it looks like it could actually run, these cakes are more than delicious – they're works of art. And now Duff – and his team at Baltimore’s Charm City Cakes – return for the final series ever made.
This series sees an even more dizzying array of fantastic cake art and baking projects. Episode one sees the team prepare cakes for the US Open tennis tournament in New York and an engine cake for Motorweek’s 30th anniversary.
Other episodes see the construction of a charity cake for Golden Girls stars Betty White, the making of a reunion cake for a band and a cake to commemorate the 1,500th episode of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire… in the same week, and Duff unveils a masterpiece to celebrate movie classic Back To The Future’s 25th reunion party.
