Floyd on France

Globetrotting gastronaut and bon vivant Keith Floyd nips over the channel to savour the best of French cuisine. Keith's journey starts in the Dordogne where he makes a Perigordian salad before continuing on to Dijon and the winemaking village, Gevrey Chambertin, in Burgundy. He also takes a balloon trip to the Munster valley which is famous for its cheese, visits Biarritz and prepares Piperade, a traditional Basque dish and meets his friend Jacques Yves Cadiou in Brittany to cook a local beef stew.
