James Martin's Mediterranean

From Chania and Elounda in Crete, to Luguria and Tuscany in Italy, each episode of James Martin’s Mediterranean sees James arrive at a different port to meet local chefs, farmers and ex-pats, before finding out how best to cook and get the best out of the Med’s biounious ingredients. Sailing around the Med in his own boat, James explores the diverse coastal communities that make the Med their home before finding out that one thing unites them – fantastic fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. There’ll be stops off in Greece, Sicily, Italy, Sardinia, Corsica, France and Spain along the way and as the sun sets over the stunning Mediterranean coastline after each leg of his journey, James invites the locals onto his boat where he will rustle up three sumptuous meals for them. From the easy to the aspirational, the dishes will combine the ingredients he has discovered, and reflect everything that he has learned throughout each stage of his incredible journey.
